The technical drawings coming from our customers first enter in the process of feasibility by the project department. All the business items required for manufacturing are identified and their suitability for our production is determined. Our customers are informed when errors or improvements encountered in technical controls.
The nesting of the materials to be produced by the project and technical office is made according to the useful sheet size.

Quotation Process

The quality, thickness, number of parts, net and gross weights of the product are written in our offer form. The main purpose here is to show all details of the offer to be communicated to our customer. Together with these data, an offer form has been created for our customers both with and without wastage.

Planning

The planning department pioneers a detailed study for all products to be manufactured. Before starting production, our customers are provided with the opportunity to  theoretically analyse net kilograms, gross kilograms, quantities, prices with and without wastage related to their orders. In this table which is presented to our customers, they can plan their own production by seeing the correct deadlines of their orders.
